At first, I thought this wouldn’t help me much since I found it difficult to prioritize myself

The fact of having to disconnect for a moment and learn to control my thoughts was very difficult for me. With each session and yoga exercise, through relaxation and connections, I learned to see myself, to pause, and truly observe how I was feeling.

The “Enamórate de ti” retreat was a revitalizing experience that helped me reconnect with myself through the yoga sessions, the conscious movement that I experienced for the first time and really enjoyed, as well as the essential oils care session, which was very interesting and useful. The location, the landscape, and the walk through Arguayo, along with the peaceful atmosphere, played a very special role. The vegan food prepared by Chef Andrés and the healthy snacks perfectly complemented the day, providing me with the necessary energy for the entire experience.
